寿司屋は記憶力いいとか、注文したもの忘れないとかいう「伝説」がありますよねぇ。
asahi.comにこんな記事が。。

この記事によると、「平均３０件ある苦情が１０件に減った」って書いてあるんだけど、そんなに苦情あるって。。。伝説は嘘だったんかと思うとと同時に、なぜ改善できないのかねぇと思ったりします。
たしかにねぇ、昔行きつけだった寿司屋さんの板前さん、良く忘れてくれてたりした。。
伝説だったのね（笑）
むろん、ほかのタイプのレストランでも、前食べたもの覚えているウェイタとかいますからねぇ。あるんでしょうけど。寿司屋は全部そうだと半分信じ込んでいた私は（笑）
