ヤンソンの誘惑
Kankoさんところで、新じゃがの話が出ていたので、料理ネタを。
最近、料理は殆どしなくなってしまったのですが、人が呼ぶときとか、伺うときに「一人1品ルール」でやるとき、たいがいやるのが、ヤンソンの誘惑というやつです。
ジャガイモとアンチョビのグラタンなんですが、これがねー、うまいんですわ。やったことないなら、是非おためしを。
割と手がかからない料理であるということと、準備して、冷蔵庫入れといて、出す時間ねらってオーブンに入れればできあがりなので、パーティ向きと言えます。
このレシピは、元々、丸本淑生の本、『丸元淑生のシンプル料理』に載っていて、それで覚えて、時折やってます。
この人のレシピは、だれでも好きと言いそうな料理と、そうでないのとあると思うのですが、私は、わりと、だいたいOKでした。
この本のじゃがいものほかのレシピは、「じゃがいものにんにくソース」は美味しかった。あと、思い出せる範囲だと、続 新家庭料理と続 新家庭料理あたりに載っていた、インド風のじゃがい炒め（クミンを使うのがポイント）と、セロリのブレイズ（セロリとじゃがいもを無水鍋で蒸すだけ）が良かったかな。
セロリのブレイズなんか朝めしに最高なのですが、うちの場合奥さんがセロリだめなので、どうしてもできません…（涙）
しかし。。やっぱりインターネットって凄いというか、進化しましたね。何でもサーチすると出てくる。。まさか、ヤンソンの誘惑がそのままでてくるとは思わなかった。
でも、アテにならないというのもあって、このヤンソンが「トーベヤンソン」だと、上記のネスレのサイトのコメントに書いてあるのですが、丸本淑生の本には、「厳格なベジタリアンな宗教家『エーリックヤンソン』のレシピ」と書いてあります。私は後者を信じます（笑）
ちなみに、私は、丸本淑生の料理は好きだし、独身時代に、わりといろいろやりかたは試しましたけど、いわゆる丸本教の信者というほどではありません。

ダウンロードの速さにビックリしました。
うまいかどうかは、食べないと分からないですよ（笑）
だいたい、男の料理なので、コストパフォーマンス無視ですから、ある程度食えるものでないと、殺されてしまいます(笑）
ADSLはADSLだったのですが、多少グレードアップしました。本当はB Fletsにしたいんだけど、予算と速度のバランスで我慢してます。
